March Madness is a 4-week Strength / HIIT training cycle. It's designed to continue the gains from The February Fizzle AND to increase your strength. To maximize benefits from this cycle, you should have completed The Kickstart and the February Fizzle (an anatomical adaptation and a hypertrophy) cycle. It'll be available in late February!
