Now that we got that out of the way, let’s talk about nutrition.  Whether you are trying to lean up, build muscle mass or improve your performance in any way, your nutrition is probably playing a bigger role than you think or are acknowledging.  From macronutrients all the way down to micronutrients, they all matter.  It matters for survival; it matters for optimum health and it matters for your performance.  Don’t sabotage your training efforts with raggedy nutrition habits.
